How to Change the Submission Date of an Order During Order Entry

You may find it necessary to change the submission date assigned to an order entered using OnTime Dispatch before it is submitted. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Order Entry view of OnTime Dispatch and begin entering a new order. Start by selecting a customer for the new order.
  2. Click the Additional Details button located at the top of your screen.
  3. Enter the desired date and time into the Date Submitted field.
By default, a price sets availability within a price set schedule is based on submission date and time. Changing the submission date and time during order entry gives you control over when these types of Price Sets are available, regardless of the current time.
