How to Check Your Version of OnTime

Having your OnTime Management Suite and OnTime Dispatch updated to the latest version is always recommended. You may also need to know what version of the program you are currently running for troubleshooting purposes.
To check what version you a currently running, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch.
  2. Select the File tab.
  3. Your version number will be displayed just under the OnTime logo.
You can also select the blue Check for Updates link to check if you are running the latest version, or install the latest version.
