How to Manually Adjust the Range of Orders Displayed in the Tracking View

Over time, the number of orders displayed in the Tracking view can grow large. To ensure optimal performance, OnTime will automatically calculate the optimal date range of orders to display when the Automatically optimize the number of months of data displayed in the Tracking view option is checked.
If you wish to override this optimization and manually set the number of months’ worth of data to display, follow these steps:
  1. Open the OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch.
  2. Select the Home tab and click General Options (or Program Options).
  3. Select the Tracking tab.
  4. Uncheck the box labeled Automatically optimize the number of months of data displayed in the Tracking view.
  5. Enter the desired number months in the box labeled Manually set the number of months of data displayed.
  6. Click OK to save changes.
Note: This option is ignored when searching or filtering. All orders will be referenced when performing searches.
