Follow these steps to deactivate a customer:
  1. Go to the Customers list in OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Double-click to open the customer’s record.
  3. Under the General view, uncheck the box labeled: This customer is active.
This procedure will cause an alert to be displayed at the top of the Order Entry screen whenever the customer is selected: “This customer has been marked as inactive” It will also disable the customer’s access to the OnTime Customer Web Portal.
