Add a New Line when Sending Notifications as HTML

When creating a workflow notification that will be sent in HTML format, you may want to add a new line or paragraph. This is sometimes referred to as a carriage return, line feed, or line break.
Follow these steps to add a new line break to a notification:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Select Workflow Notification Designer from the Home tab.
  3. Open or create a notification that is being sent as HTML.
  4. Anywhere you would like a new line to appear, enter the following text:
