How to Transfer Payments from OnTime to QuickBooks

Follow these steps to transfer customer payments from OnTime to QuickBooks:
  1. Make sure your QuickBooks company file is open and connected to OnTime.
  2. Go to the Payments list in the Billing area of OnTime Management Suite.
  3. Right-click on the payment(s) you wish to transfer to QuickBooks and choose Post to QuickBooks from the menu.
  4. Click Send to QuickBooks to complete the transfer of the payment.
  5. If the payment is transferred successfully, then OnTime will record it and display a checkmark in the Payments column labeled Sent to QuickBooks.
