How to Create a Custom Status Label

Orders within OnTime may be assigned to status levels such as submitted, in transit, completed, and canceled. Custom status labels can be created to provide further details about each of these status levels.
Follow these steps to add a custom status label:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite and select the Home tab.
  2. Click the Status Labels button.
  3. Use the New button to begin creating a new status label.
  4. Enter a Name and Description.
  5. Select the Phase where this status will be available.
  6. Click OK to save changes.
