How to Assign a Specific Notification to a Customer

A notification created in the OnTime Workflow Designer that has a scope of "Only selected customers can trigger this" will need to be manually assigned to each customer. To assign a notification to a specific customer, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Customers view of OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Open the desired customer record.
  3. Navigate to the Notifications view.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the notification that you would like to associate with this customer.
