Importing Customers with Customer Web Portal Access

When importing a list of customers into OnTime via OnTime Management Suite, it may be desired to grant these customers access to the OnTime Customer Web Portal.
To grant customers access to the OnTime Customer Web Portal when importing, follow these steps:
  1. Open the file that will be imported.
  2. Create a column named: Customer Web Portal Access.
  3. In each row of the file, use 1 in the Customer Web Portal Access column to specify that the particular customer will have access and use a 0 to deny access.
  4. When importing this file, map the Customer Web Portal Access column you created to the OnTime Field labeled Grant Web Portal Access.
  5. After importing customers, be sure to set credentials for your customers as outlined in How to Give a Customer Access to the OnTime Customer Web Portal.
