How to Sign In a Driver from OnTime Dispatch

If a driver is unable to use their mobile device to sign in using the OnTime Mobile app and they appear "Offline" in the Drivers List of OnTime Dispatch, you can follow these steps to sign them in from the OnTime Dispatch program:
  1. Go to the Dispatching view in OnTime Dispatch and make sure the Drivers List tab is selected.
  2. Scroll down the list of drivers until you see the driver’s name listed under the section labeled Signed-Out of OnTime Mobile.
  3. Right-click the driver’s name and select Set to: Signed In.
  4. The driver should immediately appear underneath the Signed-In to OnTime Mobile section of the Drivers List with a green icon next to their name.
Note that a driver who has been manually signed in from OnTime Dispatch would still need to sign in on a functional mobile device to begin using OnTime Mobile.
