How to View Your Data File Location

Tips and Troubleshooting
Users can view the file path containing the data file used by OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch.
To view the file path of your data file, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch.
  2. Select the Data tab.
  3. Choose Data File Management.
  4. From the Maintenance tab, click the link labeled Open data file location.
