How to Manage Zone Availability in a Price Set

Including all zones in every price set may not always be desirable. Some price sets may only require a subset of zones. By choosing the zones to be included in a price set, you can control the zones that appear in the Base Price by Zone view of that price set.
To set the availability of zones within a price set, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Prices view of OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Open the desired Price Set.
  3. Navigate to the Included Zones section of the price set.
  4. Change the drop-down list from all zones to selected zones.
  5. Place a checkmark next to each zone to be included in the current price set.
  6. Click OK to save changes.
