How to Control a User's Ability to Create, Modify, or Delete Orders

Each user within OnTime can have different permissions to control how they interact with system records. To adjust these permissions for order records:
  1. Open the Users view of OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Open the desired user record.
  3. Select the Desktop Permissions tab.
  4. Select or deselect the Create Order, Modify Order, or Delete Order checkboxes as required.
  5. Click OK to save changes.
