How to Display Notes and Instructions for Service Levels

Follow these steps to display text, notes, or include further instructions about a specific service level in the order entry page of the OnTime Customer Web Portal:
  1. Go to the Prices view in OnTime Management Suite and select the Price Sets list.
  2. Select and open the desired price set.
  3. Enter text into the box labeled Notes displayed when selected in OnTime Customer Web Portal.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
