How to Choose Fields on Invoices Sent to QuickBooks

Follow these steps to control which fields appear in the description of an invoice posted to QuickBooks:
  1. Open Billing view of OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Right-click the desired invoice and select Post to QuickBooks Desktop or Post to QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click the button labeled Options.
  4. Select checkboxes next to fields that you wish to include. Deselect checkboxes next to fields that you do not wish to include. Drag and drop fields to reorder them.
  5. Click OK to save your preferences.
Note: These directions will work when exporting to QuickBooks Desktop Pro and QuickBooks Online.
