How to Place Options on Separate Lines on Invoices Sent to QuickBooks

It may be useful to break out the accessorial charges of an order so as to itemize each one on their own line on an invoice. This can be done within OnTime when posting invoices to QuickBooks.
Use the following steps to display order options (price modifiers) on separate line items when posting an invoice to QuickBooks from OnTime Management Suite:
  1. Open Billing view of OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Right-click on the desired invoice and select Post to QuickBooks.
  3. Click the button labeled Options.
  4. Select the checkbox labeled Place options on separate line items.
  5. Click OK to save your preferences.
