How to Charge for Digital Signature Capture

Configuring a special type of price modifier makes it possible to charge for and require digital signature capture. To create a signature capture price modifier, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Select the Prices section.
  3. Ensure that the Price Modifiers view is selected.
  4. Click the button labeled New Price Modifier from the top left.
  5. Enter a Name for the signature capture modifier.
  6. Change the Type (found under the Advanced tab) to Signature Capture.
  7. If you wish to have a cost associated with this service, set the Calculation Type to Fixed Amount and enter the cost in the Amount field. If no charge is necessary, leave the Amount at 0.00.
  8. Save the price modifier.
