How to Rebuild Your Data File

To rebuild the data file within OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch, follow these steps:

Click the Data tab.
Click the Advanced tab and select the Rebuild Data File option.
Click OK to clear the existing data file and download a new file from the OnTime Server.
You may be instructed to close both OnTime Management Suite and OnTime Dispatch. If any changes are pending, OnTime will ask if you would like to synchronize those changes. Note: If you choose not to synchronize, pending changes will be lost. A fresh copy of your data will be pulled from the server when you restart OnTime.
Reopen OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch. Log in again. If the data file was successfully rebuilt, a message will appear indicating such.
