How to Make a Price Modifier Specific to a Zone

Administrators may wish to set up price modifiers to affect specific zones only. OnTime allows for this ability using its Zone Lookup Table feature.
To have your price modifiers affect specific zones, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Enter your zones into the OnTime Zone view.
  3. Select Zone Lookup Tables from the Home tab.
  4. Create a new Zone Lookup Table.
  5. Name the Zone Lookup Table.
  6. Enter a "1" into the cells that represent the zones you want the price modifier to affect.
  7. Save the Zone Lookup Table.
  8. Navigate to the Prices view.
  9. Ensure that the current view is set to Price Modifiers.
  10. Open or Create a price modifier.
  11. Select Zone Lookup Table in the Multiply again by field.
  12. Choose the newly created zone to multiply by.
  13. Enter a "0" into the Zone default value. Doing so will ensure the modifier does not become active outside the specified zones.
  14. Save the price modifier.
