How to Create a White Glove Service Charge

OnTime makes it easy to create custom pricing options that can quickly be added to your orders during order entry. The directions below explain how to create a white glove service charge and associate it with a price set:
  1. Open Prices view of OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Ensure that the Price Modifiers view is selected.
  3. Click the button entitled New Price Modifier in the top left.
  4. Enter a Name to identify this price modifier. For example: White Glove Service.
  5. Change the Calculation type depending on the type of charge you are creating. Fixed Amount is selected by default.
  6. Enter the amount to charge into the Amount field.
  7. Save the price modifier.
  8. Change the Current View to Price Sets on the left of your screen.
  9. Open the price set you would like to associate with the white glove option.
  10. Choose Price Modifiers.
  11. Locate the white glove option you just created.
  12. Check the box located to the left of the white glove option.
  13. Click OK to save changes.
  14. Repeat steps 9 through 13 for each price set that requires a white glove option.
