How to Retrieve Deleted Orders

To retrieve or restore one or more deleted orders, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Enter the Tracking view.
  3. Click on Show Deleted in the top toolbar.
  4. Select the desired orders, right-click and select Restore. Deleted orders that have not been purged from the servers will appear with a line through the center of the text (strikethrough).
