How to Manually Install Prerequisites

Installation and Setup
OnTime Management Suite and OnTime Dispatch may require the following software be installed:
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or higher
  • Microsoft Edge WebView 2
When installing OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch, the installer will attempt to automatically detect and install these prerequisites before proceeding with the installation. If that detection or installation fails, the prerequisites can be installed directly from Microsoft’s website by using the following links:

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8

This is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows.

Microsoft Edge WebView 2

This is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows.

Older Versions

Older versions of OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch may require the following prerequisite:

Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0

  • When downloading choose SSCERuntime_x86-ENU.exe if the PC is running a 32-bit version of Windows.
  • When downloading choose SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.exe if the PC is running a 64-bit version of Windows.
