Pinned Taskbar Icon missing after Update

When you've pinned OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch to your Windows 7, 8, or 10 taskbar, the icon may revert to a generic white icon after you update the OnTime application.
This is, unfortunately, a known issue caused by Windows Installer. Because an update is basically an uninstall of the old version and installation of the new version, the taskbar icon is lost.
