Do I Need to File a Form 1099 for Vesigo Studios?

No, you are not required to file a Form 1099-MISC for at least two reasons:

OnTime is provided by Vesigo Studios, LLC. As a limited liability corporation, you are not required to file a Form 1099-MISC for products and services sold by Vesigo Studios, LLC.
If all payments for OnTime service during the year were made electronically using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, you are not required to file a Form 1099-MISC. This is because financial institutions processing electronic payments already file a 1099-K, including your payments, with the IRS (Internal Revenue Service).
