How to Associate a Notification with All Customers

Follow these steps to allow a notification to be sent to all customers:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Go to the Home tab at the top.
  3. Click on Workflow Notification Designer.
  4. Double-click the desired notification.
  5. Change the Scope field to Anyone can trigger this.
