How to Add Predefined Charges to an Order

Even after an order has been submitted, new charges may still be added. Predefined charges are price modifiers included within the price set currently assigned to the order.
To add predefined charges to an order, follow these steps:
  1. Open either OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch.
  2. From the Tracking view, open the desired order.
  3. Under the order details, select the Options section.
  4. Click the button labeled Predefined Charges.
  5. If any predefined charges are available, they will appear within a drop-down list. Click the charge to be added.

The Difference Between Custom and Predefined Charges

 The difference between a Custom Charge and a Predefined Charge is that predefined charges must be set up beforehand as a price modifier, while custom charges can be manually entered at any time.
