How to Switch Between Time Picker and Time Interval List in Order Entry

When assigning collection and delivery times within the order entry form of OnTime Dispatch or the OnTime Customer Web Portal, values can be manually entered through a time picker or selected from a drop-down list containing preset time intervals. Offering the ability to select predetermined time intervals can save your employees and customers time and increase the speed at which they can enter orders.
To enable time selection based on intervals, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite and choose General Options in the Home tab.
  2. Select the Order Entry section.
  3. Check the box located next to Display time selection as intervals.
To adjust the interval at which times are displayed while using this feature, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite and choose General Options in the Home tab.
  2. Select the Order Entry section.
  3. Adjust the value located within the Time interval in minutes field.
