How to Manage a Customer's Address Book in Bulk

Locations within the OnTime Customer Web Portal address book can be managed from the Customers view in OnTime Management Suite by utilizing linked locations. To access this feature, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Customers view in OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Right-click on the desired customer and choose Link to locations.
  3. Place a checkmark next to locations you would like to add to the customer's address book.
  4. Remove the checkmark next to locations you would like to remove from the customer's address book.
  5. Click the OK button to save changes.
Additionally, location records deleted in the Locations section of OnTime Management Suite will be removed from the Customer Web Portal address book. Although visitors to the Customer Web Portal are limited to removing address book entries one at a time, addresses can quickly be removed in bulk using the approach above.
