How to Configure Authorize.Net as a Payment Gateway

OnTime supports integration with Authorize.Net as a payment processor. To integrate an existing Authorize.Net account with OnTime, use the following steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite and choose General Options in the Home tab.
  2. Select the Connections section and scroll down to the Payment Processing section.
  3. Ensure that "Authorize.Net" is selected within the drop-down list labeled Gateway.
  4. Within the field labeled User name, enter the "API Login ID" for the Authorize.Net account. The "API Login ID" should be obtained from Authorize.Net.
  5. Within the field labeled Password, enter the "Transaction Key" for the Authorize.Net account. The "Transaction Key" should be obtained from Authorize.Net.
  6. Click the button labeled Test Payment Gateway to ensure that OnTime can successfully communicate with Authorize.Net. Please note that a message indicating connection is successful will only appear the first time that the Test Payment Gateway feature is used.
  7. Click OK to save the settings.
