How to Resolve the Error: The data file was not successfully repaired and optimized. Details: There is a file sharing violation. A different process might be using the file.

This error may appear if the local cache becomes unusable. The following steps may help resolve the error:

Close OnTime Management Suite and OnTime Dispatch.
Restart either application, but do not log in.
From the login window, click the Options… link located in the lower-left corner.
Click the link labeled Rebuild data file....
Once the data rebuild process is complete, log in as normal.
