How to Resolve: Microsoft Data Access Components - Would you like to download and install those now?

Installation and Setup
"Microsoft Data Access Components - Would you like to download and install those now?" is a message you may receive when trying to import or export information from OnTime to Microsoft Office.
  1. Close the OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch program.
  2. From the Programs and Features window under the Windows Control Panel, locate and uninstall Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 (English).
  3. Once the program is uninstalled, try to either import/export data to or from OnTime.
  4. You will receive the message again about updating the Microsoft Data Access Components, select yes to install.
