How to Geocode an Address

General
Geocoding is the process of converting an address (such as "1111 E Barnett Rd, Medford, OR 94504, USA") into geographic coordinates (such as latitude 42.3158528 and longitude -122.8513926), which you can use to pinpoint the exact position on a map.
How to manually geocode an existing address:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Click Locations.
  3. Right-click on the address you would like to geocode.
  4. Click Geocode if Position is Missing.
How to automatically geocode a new or modified address:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click General Options.
  4. Click General.
  5. Scroll to the Mapping section.
  6. Check the box labeled Automatically geocode addresses when added or modified.
