How to Create a New Location through OnTime Management Suite

To create a new location through the OnTime Management Suite, follow one of the two steps below:

New locations from Locations section:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Select the Locations view on the left.
  3. Select New Location from the top left corner.
  4. Enter the location information.
  5. Save the new location.
Create a new location from an existing order:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Select the Tracking view on the left.
  3. Double-click on an existing order.
  4. At the top of the General view of the Order Details window, click either the link labeled Modify collection location or Modify delivery location.
  5. From the window that appears, click the link labeled Add a new location.
  6. Enter the location information.
  7. Click OK to save the new location.
