How to Access the Synchronization Log File

Tips and Troubleshooting
Follow the steps below to access your synchronization log file:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch.
  2. Click on the Data tab.
  3. Click Manage Sync Log.
  4. Click Export Log.
  5. Save the file on your computer.
  6. Open the saved file.
