OnTime Management Suite makes it possible to export your data to CSV (comma-separated values) files, which can be viewed in various programs, such as Microsoft Excel.
Only data synchronized to the PC will be included in the export. If the account uses an Archive Date, data before the Archive Date will not be included in the export.
Follow these steps to export account data to CSV files:
  1. Sign in to the desired account using OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Click on File in the upper left corner of OnTime Management Suite.
  3. Click on Export.
  4. In the window that appears, choose a folder to which the exported CSV files can be saved. By default, a new folder will be created on the Desktop.
  5. Under Data to export, place a checkmark next to each list of data that should be exported. A separate CSV file will be created for each list selected. By default, all lists are selected.
  6. Click on the button labeled Export. This process can take several minutes to complete, depending on the amount of data to export.
