How to Deactivate a Route

If you need to deactivate a route, but do not wish to delete that route, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Select the Routes view from the left side.
  3. Double-click on the route you want to deactivate.
  4. Remove the checkmark from the box labeled This route is actively scheduled.
  5. Save the route.
