How to Adjust the Zone Recommendation Method

OnTime will automatically recommend a zone for new locations. You may control whether that recommendation is based on an exact match or the best match.
To set this option, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Choose General Options from the Home tab.
  3. Locate the drop-down list labeled Recommend zone based on in the Order Entry view.
  4. Select the drop-down list to choose between Exact Match and Best Match.
  5. Select OK to save.
