How to Set Default Collection and Delivery Locations

Setting default collection and delivery locations will cause future orders created in OnTime Dispatch to auto-populate the collection location with the last used pickup location for the selected customer and auto-populate the delivery location with the last used delivery location for the selected customer.
To set default pickup and delivery locations, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Home tab in OnTime Dispatch.
  2. Click the Program Options button in the ribbon.
  3. Under the Order Entry section in the options window, check the boxes labeled Always use last collection location on new orders and Always use last delivery location on new orders.
  4. Click OK to save changes.
