How to Set a Customer’s Default Price Set

Configuring a default price set for a customer ensures that a specific price set is initially selected when creating new orders. If a default price set is not assigned, the first price set in the list (as sorted alphabetically) will be used.
Set a customer’s default price set by following these steps:
  1. Go to the Customers list in OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Open the customer’s record by double-clicking it in the list.
  3. Go to the Price Sets list.
  4. Right-click the name of the price set and then click Set as Default Selection.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
Once steps 1-5 are completed, OnTime will automatically select the default price set when you begin a new order in OnTime Dispatch or the OnTime Customer Web Portal.
