How to Attach a File to an Existing Order

OnTime provides the ability to attach POD information to an existing order. You can also add attachments such as pictures, files, and various other files.
Follow the steps below to attach a file to an order:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Click Tracking.
  3. Double-click on an existing order.
  4. Select the Attachments tab.
  5. Click Attach File and browse to the file to be attached. Or drag and drop a file directly onto the File Attachments view.
  6. Click OK.
