How to Import or Export Addresses via the OnTime Customer Web Portal

OnTime makes it possible to import a list of addresses from a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file to the address book in the OnTime Customer Web Portal. You can also export the list of addresses in the OnTime Customer Web Portal to an Excel or CSV file.
Follow the steps below to import or export addresses via the OnTime Customer Web Portal:
  1. Log in to the OnTime Customer Web Portal
  2. Click Address Book
    • To Import, Click Import Addresses from a File         
    • To Export, Click Excel or CSV
