How to Set Signature Capture as a Requirement for Orders

To set signature capture as a requirement for orders, follow these steps:
  1. Open OnTime Management Suite.
  2. Select the Prices view on the left.
  3. Set your Current View to Price Modifiers.
  4. Create a new price modifier.
  5. Set the Type (under the Advanced tab) to Signature Capture.
  6. Enter the Name of the modifier. If you will be charging for this service, enter a Value.
  7. Save the new price modifier.
  8. Set your Current View to Price Sets.
  9. Double-click to open any price sets that should require signature capture.
  10. In the resulting window, select the Price Modifiers tab on the left.
  11. Locate your new price modifier in the resulting list. Check the box to the left of the price modifier's name to associate it with the price set.
  12. Ensure that the Selection State dropdown list for the price modifier is set to Required (Always Selected).
  13. Repeat steps 9 to 12 for all price sets requiring signature capture.
