Submit New Orders as "Completed"

If you have the details of an order that has already been completed, but not yet entered into OnTime, then you can follow these steps to submit the order and put it directly under the “Completed” status.
  1. From within OnTime Dispatch, start a New Order and fill out the details of the completed order in the Order Entry form.
  2. Be sure to enter details into fields that you may not normally use when submitting new orders. For example, set the Assigned to field to the driver who completed the order or change the Date Submitted (under Additional Details) to a date in the past so that an accurate record of the order can be properly accounted for.
  3. Once all details in the Order Entry form have been added, click the Submit Completed button.
By using this feature you can save valuable time by eliminating the need for someone to change the status later and also prevent any confusion that may be caused by submitting an already completed order as a new order that may appear in the Dispatching view.
