How to Export a List of Orders from the OnTime Customer Web Portal

Follow these steps to export a list of orders from the OnTime Customer Web Portal:
  1. Go to the Tracking page in the OnTime Customer Web Portal.
  2. If you want to export the entire list, including all orders, continue to step 3. If you would prefer to export a list of orders filtered by search criteria, you may use the Date range drop-down or enter your search criteria into the search boxes directly below the column labels.
    • If these search boxes (known as the filter bar) do not appear, they can be enabled by opening OnTime Management Suite and navigating to General Options > Customer web Portal > Tracking. From there, check the box labeled Show filter bar.
  3. Next to the Date range drop-down, look for Export to and select the preferred file format: Excel, CSV, or PDF.
  4. In the Save as dialog box, choose a location for the file and then click Save.
