Payment Using a Web Browser

Follow theses steps to make a payment for OnTime services:

  1. Visit the My Account portal.
  2. Log in using the same credentials you would use to log in to OnTime Management Suite.
  3. Once logged in, click Make a payment.

Payment Using OnTime Management Suite

Follow theses steps to make a payment through OnTime Management Suite:

  1. Start the OnTime Management Suite program and log in.
  2. Select the Account tab and choose Make a Payment.

  3. The resulting window will display the current account balance. The fields will be automatically populated with the last payment information used and the payment amount will be set to the current amount due.

  4. Verify that all fields are correct. When you are ready to submit your payment, select Pay with Credit Card or Pay with PayPal.

If a Payment Cannot be Made

If payment is not made by the due date, access to the account may be suspended. If this happens, a reconnection fee may be applied to the balance due. This fee may also apply if your bank rejects the payment information used for automatic recurring payments.

 

When we were doing 300 stops a day and I was using QuickBooks for billing I would spend about 50 to 60 hours a month on billing. Now we’re doing over 450 stops a day but thanks to OnTime (which integrates with Quickbooks) last month I did all the billing in about 20 hours. I cannot express how happy that makes me.
