OnTime: Dedicated and On-Premises Server

Some organizations require that their data be processed by a dispatch system located on-site and on-premises. For such organizations, OnTime logistics software is available in a version that can be installed on your own servers, at your own location.

Instead of paying a monthly subscription fee, the on-premises version of OnTime is purchased using traditional software licensing. This includes three charges:

  1. 1 license per server on which OnTime is configured
  2. 1 license per user account. Each user account represents a person working for your company who will need access to OnTime. This may include roles such as administrators, managers, dispatchers, drivers, customer support representatives, and bookkeepers. Volume discounts are automatically applied based on the number of users.
  3. Annual support contract which covers unlimited technical support and software updates and upgrades.

OnTime requires servers that run the Microsoft Windows Server operating system with Microsoft SQL Server installed.

OnTime is also available in a dedicated, yet still managed and hosted, version.

When we were doing 300 stops a day and I was using QuickBooks for billing I would spend about 50 to 60 hours a month on billing.
